1.       Sign in /register with You Tube

2.       Go to upload video

3.       Chose public/private/unlisted as per requirement

4.       Upload the video from the computer

5.       Select other options as per the category of video

6.       Select keywords (Tags) for the video that could popularize it

7.       Description could have your website & a short description of the event with relevant keywords

8.       Tags select themselves according to keywords in the description; the more keywords in the description, the more

the tags

9.       Category is also important. Submit to the right category

10.   Select “creative commons” if Video could be shared with others or reused

11.   Chose date & time & location for the video [for recency]; this can’t be modified later

12.   Select the kind of responses allowed

13.   Select embedding by public

14.   Annotations help choose bubbles; time frame & links; captions & subtitles could be added as per requiremnent

15.   Audio tracks could be added; Caption track could be added for certain languages

16.   Audio swapping possible
